After creating new project in laravel framework
To start the server
Copy the URL and past in web browser then this below image page will be open
Now close the terminal don’t worry it will run in background

Follow the bellow image instruction
Remove the code in web.php
Now refresh the page, the page shows 404 not found error
Enter the empty function
